주식회사 예아플러스(이하 "회사")는 24 STILLS 서비스(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

가. 계정 없이 둘러볼 때(게스트)

• 앱은 로그인 없이 공개 피드·사진·프로필을 볼 수 있습니다. 이때 이름·이메일 등 개인을 식별하는 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
• 화면을 보여주기 위해 임시 익명 세션(무작위 식별자)이 만들어지며, 생성 후 7일이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다. 게스트 상태에서 신고를 접수한 경우 신고 검토를 위해 최대 90일 보관 후 삭제합니다.
• 개인을 식별하지 않는 사용 통계와 오류 로그가 수집될 수 있습니다. 푸시 알림 토큰은 수집하지 않습니다.

나. 회원 가입 및 서비스 이용

• 이메일 주소 (Apple·Google 로그인 포함)
• 닉네임, 소개글, 프로필 색상
• 생년월일 (선택 — 프로필에서 직접 입력한 경우에만)
• 팔로우·좋아요·북마크·댓글·메시지, 신고·차단 내역
• 리워드 포인트 적립·사용 내역, 초대 코드
• 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 로그

다. 사진 — 앱에서 촬영한 사진과 표시용 축소 사본, 촬영 일시, 필름·그레인 종류, 캡션·해시태그. 사진은 클라우드 스토리지(Supabase)에 저장됩니다.

라. 위치(선택) — 위치 태그를 켠 경우에만 촬영 시점의 도시·국가 이름을 사진에 저장합니다. 정확한 좌표는 저장하지 않으며, 기본값은 꺼짐입니다.

마. 결제 — 구독 상품, 구독 상태와 만료일. 카드·계좌 등 결제 수단 정보는 Apple·Google이 처리하며 회사는 수집하지 않습니다.

바. 자동 수집

• 기기 정보 (OS, 기종, 앱 버전)
• 앱 사용 통계 (PostHog) — 로그인한 경우 계정 식별자와 연결됩니다
• 오류 로그 (Sentry) — 충돌 분석용
• 푸시 알림 토큰 (OneSignal) — 로그인한 이용자에 한함

앱은 광고를 싣지 않으며, 광고 목적으로 이용자를 추적하지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보 이용 목적

• 회원 인증 및 서비스 제공 (촬영, 3일 현상, 피드, 공동 롤·랜덤 롤, 메시지)
• 구독 상태 확인 및 혜택 제공
• 알림 발송 (현상 완료, 좋아요·댓글·팔로우 등 — 앱 설정에서 끌 수 있음)
• 신고 검토, 부적절한 콘텐츠·이용자 제재
• 앱 품질 개선 및 오류 분석
• 법령상 의무 이행

3. 다른 이용자에게 보이는 정보

• 공개로 설정한 사진(현상 완료 후)과 닉네임·프로필은 로그인하지 않은 방문자를 포함해 누구나 볼 수 있습니다. 사진별로, 또는 프로필 전체를 비공개로 바꿀 수 있습니다.
• 공동 롤·랜덤 롤에 찍은 사진은 그 롤의 참여자에게 공개됩니다. 랜덤 롤은 서로 모르는 이용자와 매칭됩니다.
• 위치 태그를 켠 사진에는 도시·국가 이름이 함께 표시됩니다.

4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁하며, 이 과정에서 정보가 국외 서버에 저장·처리됩니다.

5. 보유 및 파기

• 회원 정보·사진: 이용자가 삭제하거나 탈퇴할 때까지 보관하며, 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 삭제합니다 (법령에 따른 보존 기간은 예외).
• 게스트 익명 세션: 생성 7일 후 자동 삭제 (신고를 접수한 경우 최대 90일).
• 접속 로그: 3개월.

6. 이용자 권리

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 직접 할 수 있는 것: 사진 삭제·비공개 전환, 프로필 수정, 위치 태그·알림 끄기, 계정 삭제(프로필 → 설정 → 계정 삭제). 그 밖의 요청은 contact@yeahplus.co.kr로 보내주세요.

7. 아동의 개인정보

만 14세 미만은 회원으로 가입할 수 없습니다. 만 14세 미만의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

본 방침이 변경되면 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 미리 알려드립니다.

YEAHPLUS Inc. ("Company") values the personal data of users of the 24 STILLS service ("App") and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and related laws.

1. Information We Collect

a. Browsing without an account (guest)

• You can view the public feed, photos, and profiles without signing in. We do not collect your name, email, or other information that identifies you.
• To show the feed, the App creates a temporary anonymous session (a random identifier). It is deleted automatically 7 days after it is created. If you file a report as a guest, the session is kept for up to 90 days so the report can be reviewed, then deleted.
• Non-identifying usage statistics and crash logs may be collected. No push notification token is collected.

b. Account and service use

• Email address (including Sign in with Apple and Google)
• Nickname, bio, profile color
• Date of birth (optional — only if you enter it in your profile)
• Follows, likes, bookmarks, comments, messages, and reports/blocks
• Reward point history and invite codes
• Service usage records and access logs

c. Photos — photos captured in the App and smaller display copies, capture time, film and grain type, captions and hashtags. Photos are stored in cloud storage (Supabase).

d. Location (optional) — only if you turn on location tags, the city and country name at the time of capture is saved with the photo. Exact coordinates are never stored. This is off by default.

e. Payments — subscription product, status, and expiry. Card and bank details are handled by Apple or Google and are not collected by the Company.

f. Collected automatically

• Device information (OS, model, app version)
• Usage analytics (PostHog) — linked to your account identifier when you are signed in
• Error logs (Sentry) — for crash analysis
• Push notification token (OneSignal) — signed-in users only

The App shows no advertising and does not track you for advertising purposes.

2. How We Use It

• Authentication and providing the service (shooting, 3-day development, feed, shared and random rolls, messages)
• Checking subscription status and providing benefits
• Sending notifications (development complete, likes, comments, follows — can be turned off in settings)
• Reviewing reports and acting on objectionable content or users
• Improving quality and analyzing errors
• Meeting legal obligations

3. What Other People Can See

• Photos you set to public (once developed), your nickname, and your profile are visible to anyone, including visitors who are not signed in. You can make individual photos or your whole profile private.
• Photos you shoot into a shared or random roll are visible to the members of that roll. Random rolls match you with a user you do not know.
• Photos with location tags show the city and country name.

4. Processors and International Transfer

We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties without consent. To operate the service we use the processors below, and your data is stored and processed on servers outside Korea.

5. Retention and Deletion

• Account data and photos: kept until you delete them or delete your account, then deleted without delay (except where the law requires retention).
• Guest anonymous sessions: deleted 7 days after creation (up to 90 days if a report was filed).
• Access logs: 3 months.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time. In the App you can delete photos or make them private, edit your profile, turn off location tags and notifications, and delete your account (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). For anything else, contact contact@yeahplus.co.kr.

7. Children

People under 14 may not create an account. If we learn that data from a child under 14 has been collected, we delete it without delay.
