주식회사 예스플러스(이하 "회사")는 24 STILLS 서비스(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

가. 회원 가입 및 서비스 이용

이메일 주소 (Google/Apple 소셜 로그인 포함)
닉네임 (직접 설정 시)
서비스 이용 기록, 접속 로그
리워드 포인트 적립·사용 내역, 친구 초대 코드

나. 사진 관련 — 앱 내 촬영 사진, 촬영 일시·필름 타입. 사진은 암호화된 클라우드 스토리지(Supabase)에 저장됩니다.

다. 결제 관련 — 구독 상태, 결제 플랫폼 정보. 카드·계좌 등 직접 결제 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

라. 자동 수집

기기 정보 (OS, 모델 — 익명화)
앱 사용 통계 (PostHog — 개인 식별 불가)
오류 로그 (Sentry — 크래시 분석용)
푸시 알림 토큰 (OneSignal — 알림 발송용 기기 식별자)

2. 개인정보 이용 목적

회원 인증 및 서비스 제공
사진 현상 메커니즘 및 클라우드 동기화
인앱 구독 관리

3. 제3자 제공 및 위탁

회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 서비스 운영을 위해 다음 업체에 처리를 위탁합니다:

PostHog Inc. — 익명 사용 분석
Sentry Inc. — 오류 모니터링

4. 개인정보 보유 및 파기

회원 탈퇴 시: 즉시 삭제 (단, 법령에 따른 보존 기간 적용)
사진 데이터: 해당 월 종료 후 12개월 보관 후 삭제
접속 로그: 3개월 보관

5. 이용자 권리

6. 미성년자 보호

본 앱은 만 14세 미만에게 서비스를 제공하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만은 법정대리인 동의가 필요합니다.

YEAHPLUS Inc. ("Company") values the personal data of users of the 24 STILLS service ("App") and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws.

1. Information We Collect

a. Account & Service Use

Email address (including Google/Apple social login)
Nickname (if set by user)
Service usage records, access logs
Reward points earn/spend history, friend invite code

b. Photos — Images captured in the App, capture time and film type. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Supabase).

c. Payments — Subscription status and payment platform info. We do not collect card or bank account numbers.

d. Automatically Collected

Device info (OS, model — anonymized)
App usage analytics (PostHog — non-identifiable)
Error logs (Sentry — crash analysis)
Push notification token (OneSignal — device identifier for delivery)

2. Purpose of Use

Member authentication and service delivery
Photo developing mechanism and cloud sync
In-app subscription management
App quality improvement and error analysis
Compliance with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Provision & Processing

We do not provide personal data to third parties without consent. We entrust processing to:

Supabase Inc. — authentication, database, file storage
PostHog Inc. — anonymous usage analytics
Sentry Inc. — error monitoring
OneSignal Inc. — push notification delivery (device push token)
Apple Inc. / Google LLC — payment processing (IAP)

4. Retention & Disposal

On account deletion: deleted immediately (except where retention is required by law)
Photo data: retained 12 months after the relevant month ends, then deleted
Access logs: retained 3 months
