자주 묻는 질문

가입하지 않고도 쓸 수 있나요? 네. 로그인 없이 Discover 피드와 사진, 공개 프로필을 둘러볼 수 있어요. 촬영, 좋아요, 팔로우, 메시지는 가입한 뒤에 쓸 수 있어요.

왜 매달 24장만 찍나요? 24 STILLS는 한 달에 24장만 찍는 필름 카메라 경험이에요. 한 장 한 장 신중하게 담아보세요. 이 한도는 구독해도 늘어나지 않아요.

사진이 바로 안 보여요. 촬영 후 3일 동안 "현상" 과정을 거쳐요. 현상이 끝나면 알림으로 알려드려요.

카메라 화면의 색이 현상된 사진과 달라요. 촬영 화면은 필름의 느낌을 가볍게 보여주는 미리보기라, 현상된 사진과 색이 다를 수 있어요. 카메라 화면을 길게 누르면(또는 필름 이름 옆의 '실제 색감' 버튼) 지금 장면이 그 필름으로 현상되는 실제 색감을 볼 수 있어요. 이때 필름은 줄지 않아요.

공동 롤 사진은 언제 볼 수 있나요? 24장을 다 채우면 3일 뒤에 현상돼요. 다 채우지 못해도 롤을 만든 날부터 30일이 지나면 자동으로 현상돼요. 현상 전에는 누가 몇 장 찍었는지만 보여요.

공동 롤·랜덤 롤은 무료인가요? 롤을 만들거나 랜덤 매칭을 시작하려면 PRO 또는 STUDIO 구독이 필요해요. 친구가 보낸 초대 링크로 참여하는 것은 무료예요.

PRO와 STUDIO는 무엇이 다른가요? PRO는 프리미엄 필름 전체와 한정 드롭 필름, 공동 롤 만들기·랜덤 롤을 쓸 수 있어요. STUDIO는 여기에 필름 그레인이 더해져요.

포인트는 어디에 쓰나요? 한정 필름(JAPAN, PACIFIC)과 그레인(STEADY)을 30일 동안 여는 데 써요. 프로필의 포인트 카드에서 바로 열 수 있어요. 포인트는 촬영, 연속 촬영, 주간 챌린지로 모이고, 돈으로 살 수는 없어요.

주간 챌린지 우승은 어떻게 정하나요? 매주 월요일에 새 주제가 열리고 일요일 자정에 마감해요. 기간 중 받은 좋아요가 많은 순으로 자동으로 정해지고, 1위 100P · 2위 50P · 3위 30P · 참여 10P가 지급돼요. 참가비는 없어요.

SHOT OF THE WEEK는 무엇인가요? 주간 챌린지 마감 순위에서 가장 높은 사진 한 장(좋아요 1개 이상)에 드리는 트로피예요. 수상한 분의 아바타와 프로필에 다음 수상작이 정해질 때까지 일주일 동안 금색 트로피가 표시돼요. 직전 4주 안에 받은 분은 다시 받을 수 없고 다음 순위로 넘어가요(포인트와 순위는 그대로예요). 트로피는 표시일 뿐 포인트나 현금 가치는 없어요.

무료 체험은 어떻게 해지하나요? 기기의 설정 → Apple 계정 → 구독 → 24STILLS에서 해지할 수 있어요. 체험 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 유료 구독으로 전환돼요.

구독·결제 / 환불 구독 관리와 환불 요청은 App Store에서 진행돼요. 환불은 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 Apple에 요청할 수 있어요. 결제 관련 문의는 위 이메일로 보내주세요.

기기를 바꿨는데 구독이 안 보여요. 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 뒤, 구독 화면의 "구매 복원"을 눌러주세요.

신고·차단 부적절한 사진·댓글·이용자는 사진의 ⋯ 메뉴(또는 길게 누르기)에서 신고할 수 있어요. 신고는 로그인 없이도 가능하고, 24시간 안에 검토해요. 차단은 로그인한 뒤에 쓸 수 있어요.

내 사진을 비공개로 하고 싶어요. 필름롤에서 사진을 열어 공개 여부를 바꾸거나, 프로필 설정에서 Discover 공개를 끌 수 있어요.

위치가 사진에 표시되나요? 위치 태그는 기본으로 꺼져 있어요. 켜면 도시·국가 이름만 표시되고, 정확한 위치는 저장하지 않아요.

계정 삭제 프로필 → 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 직접 삭제할 수 있고, 모든 데이터가 지워져요. 구독은 App Store에서 따로 해지해야 해요.

Can I use the app without signing up? Yes. You can browse the Discover feed, photos, and public profiles without an account. Shooting, likes, follows, and messages need an account.

Why only 24 shots a month? 24 STILLS recreates the film-camera experience — 24 frames per month, so every shot counts. The limit does not increase with a subscription.

My photo isn't showing. Photos "develop" over 3 days. You'll get a notification when it's ready.

The colors in the camera look different from my developed photo. The camera view is a light preview of the film's feel, so it can differ from the developed photo. Press and hold the camera view (or tap "True color" next to the film name) to see the true color your scene will develop into on that film. This does not use a frame.

When can I see shared-roll photos? Once all 24 frames are shot, the roll develops 3 days later. If it isn't filled, it develops automatically 30 days after the roll was created. Until then you only see who shot how many frames.

Are shared and random rolls free? Starting a roll or a random match needs PRO or STUDIO. Joining a roll through a friend's invite link is free.

What's the difference between PRO and STUDIO? PRO unlocks all premium films, limited-drop films, and starting shared and random rolls. STUDIO adds film grains.

What are points for? Use them to unlock limited films (JAPAN, PACIFIC) and grain (STEADY) for 30 days, right from the points card in your profile. You earn points by shooting, keeping streaks, and joining the weekly challenge. Points cannot be bought.

How is the weekly challenge winner chosen? A new theme opens every Monday and closes Sunday at midnight (Korea time). Winners are picked automatically by likes received during the week: 1st 100P, 2nd 50P, 3rd 30P, and 10P for entering. It's free to enter.

What is Shot of the Week? A trophy for the highest-ranked photo when the weekly challenge closes (at least one like). A gold trophy is shown on the winner's avatar and profile for one week, until the next one is chosen. A member who received it in the previous 4 weeks cannot receive it again and it passes to the next rank (points and ranking are unaffected). The trophy is a display only and has no point or cash value.

How do I cancel the free trial? Go to Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → 24STILLS on your device. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.

Subscriptions / refunds Subscriptions and refund requests are handled by the App Store. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For billing questions, email us above.

I changed devices and my subscription is missing. Sign in with the same Apple Account, then tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen.

Report / block Report objectionable photos, comments, or users from the ⋯ menu on a photo (or long-press it). You can report without signing in, and reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Blocking is available once you sign in.

How do I make my photos private? Open a photo in your film roll and change its visibility, or turn off Discover visibility in your profile settings.

Is my location shown on photos? Location tags are off by default. If you turn them on, only the city and country name is shown; your exact location is never stored.

Account deletion Delete your account in Profile → Settings → Delete Account; all data is removed. Cancel any subscription separately in the App Store.
